The housing market is slow.  Even in the almighty bull market of the bay area, things are crawling instead of charging along.  Loan signings are getting more and more scarce and when they do come up, they are often out of state.  Headhunters are paying less and less money for a signing.  e.loan is still a meager $65 and I get a call from them about once every 4 months.
